We have undertaken an analysis of IPO market failure, together with RisCura, to uncover reasons why there have been few listings in exchanges over the past 5 years. The study touches on workstreams that would be useful to the FSD Network and IPO players to build/strengthen capital markets that can help businesses improve investment flows to the real economy.

This webinar aims to disseminate the findings of the study to the FSD Network and other IPO ecosystem players to see potential areas of intervention, and to the IPO ecosystem players to address the blockages to successful IPOs.
