Afreximbank and the Business Council for Africa launch the Pan-African Trade and Development Awards 2024
The Pan-African Business and Development Awards were conceived by Afreximbank and the Business Council for Africa to celebrate and recognise the excellence of outstanding organisations and individuals in Africa's business and finance sectors, and to celebrate those organisations and leaders who embody the Pan-African spirit by leading the way in creating substantial and transformational cross-border businesses.
This year's Pan-African Business and Development Awards will take place in Nassau, Bahamas, on 12 June, in conjunction with the Afreximbank Annual Meetings.
The application for the Pan-African Business and Development Awards 2024 is already open. The deadline for entries is 21 May.
"By entering, you will associate your organisation with some of the most prestigious names in African business. You will also have the opportunity to create a network of peers and business partners, and shape the future of business on the continent," say the organisers.
Previous winners include Ethiopian Airlines, Aliko Dangote [GCON], Chairman and CEO of the Dangote Group, National Bank of Egypt, First Bank of Nigeria and Coris Bank.

The Pan-African Company of the Year award will recognise companies that have introduced innovative practices, promoted the African agenda and made significant contributions to the continent's development.
