The JSE amended the JSE Debt Listings Requirements(the “Debt Requirements”)to expand the current GreenSegment to a Sustainability Segment, which will include sustainability instruments under the Green Bond Principles, Social Bond Principles and Sustainability Guidelines.

Pursuant to Board Notice 660of 2020as published in the Government Gazette No. 43462, the effective date of the amendments to the Debt Requirements will be 23 July 2020.

The JSE is working with its publisher to prepare the Bulletin to theDebt Requirements which will incorporate these amendments.
